How do I get started? What is the Process?

Will I always receive care from the same PCA?

We do our best to have the same caregiver scheduled for each client but on occasion we may need to send another PCA. Many times our Administrator will also meet with you when a new PCA is scheduled.

Can medication be administered?

Although our caregivers are certified PCAs, they are not licensed to administer medications.

Are caregivers trained or certified?

Arms of Angels caregiver's are all PCA certified with CPR and First Aid.

How can I verify the caregiver has shown up and the service is completed?

We provide an online access for families of our clients which allows you to see what activities were completed for the day, as well as an email confirming when the caregiver arrives and departs.

Where is the service provided?

Caregivers are sent directly to the client's home to provide the necessary services giving Seniors Independence, while staying in their own home.

Are the caregivers of Arms of Angels bonded and insured?

Yes, Arms of Angels Home Care is fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured covering all the Personal Care Attendants.

What is the cost of services?

Our base rate is $20-$24 hour as fees may vary depending on the level of care needed. Please call to set up an Assessment and get a custom rate.

How quickly can service be started?

Arms of Angels is often able to start the same day as we have licensed PCA's available providing the care you need when you need it.

Do I have to sign a contract for service?

We do have a standard service agreement which outlines our services provided that protect both parties outlining the services we will be providing. Services may be cancelled with a two week notice.

Can I make any changes to the schedule?

Yes, schedule changes can be made but we ask that you give as much as notice as possible. Any changes within 24 hours will be subjected to one day fee of service.
